ESSENTIAL DUTIES –Including, but not limited to:

• Directing landscape installations, monitoring workflow; evaluating work products, methods and procedures

• Coordination of irrigation and the construction and maintenance of irrigation systems.

• Generating proposals through bid processes.

• Implementing staff training, performance evaluations, and discipline procedures if required.

• Providing advice and information to customers regarding water delivery, landscape design, and related matters.

• Prioritizing construction and maintenance related to the consumer needs ensuring seasonal deadlines are met.

• Develop records to facilitate and provide future maintenance.

• Respond appropriately to customer emergencies involving irrigation and property management.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Landscape management background necessary (3 years minimum work experience or equivalent)

• Knowledge of landscape and irrigation maintenance and construction techniques

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-motivation, ability to work well with and manage others.
